Parties and definitions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of 2MINLOG’s Web app and Website (referred later as a Website), located at 2minlog.com, www.2minlog.com, and doc.2minlog.com.
By accessing this Website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use 2MINLOG if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this Website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company: X-Horizon, s.r.o., ID No.: 19844204, VAT No.: CZ19844204, File No.: C 392590 registered at the Municipal Court in Prague. Registered office: Vojenova 2481/5, Libeň, 180 00 Prague 8, Czechia. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Czechia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Purpose
This service allows to gather data from various devices, store it in 2MINLOG system and plot it on display device. We provide a service for fee, which allows that.
Fair use
The service is intended for storage or data from various devices, e.g. wifi thermometers, weather stations, GPS locators, etc. Those devices sends few bytes of data in interval of every minute or so. You can plot the data every few minutes and download the plot image to your display device. All of those are low data volumes and low data and processing needs. If you plan to use the service in any other means, please consult your use case with us. If you misuse or abuse the service, we will terminate the agreement, cancel your account, delete your data and we may claim any and all damages from you. Acceptable use is decided by us.
Price and payment
You agree to pay us the specified fees for the Services as defined in the price list. All Fees must be paid through the payment portal before the start of the services. All fees outlined in these conditions are considered fully earned and are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the services were performed. Tax invoice is available upon a request.
Term and termination
The service starts by full payment of the selected tier and ends one year after. The service can be terminated by both parties at any time. Fees are non-refundable at any circumstances.
License
Unless otherwise stated, 2minlog and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on 2MINLOG. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from 2MINLOG for your own personal or business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from 2MINLOG
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from 2MINLOG
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from 2MINLOG
- Redistribute content from 2MINLOG
- Parts of this Website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Website. 2minlog does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the Website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of 2minlog,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, 2minlog shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this Website.
2minlog reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We do not assume any ownership to the data and code what you submit to the system. We are processing the data as technical data processor. We may review the data, for accounting, services development and improvement and training purposes. We will not pass the data to third parties (except technical data processor, e.g. our could data providers) and we will not modify the data, except for data administration.
Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing 2MINLOG, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the 2minlog’s Privacy Policy.
Most interactive Websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our Website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our Website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
Representations and warranties
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments on our Website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

- No use of 2minlog’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
Content Liability
We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Removal of links from our Website
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the Website remains available or that the material on the Website is kept up to date.
Force Majeure.
A Party is excused from performing its obligations under these conditions when prevented by force majeure conditions. “Force majeure” refers to events outside the reasonable control of the Parties, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, riots, data loss, or failure of cloud services. Should a force majeure event persist for over thirty (30) days, either Party has the right to terminate this Agreement by providing a notice to the other Party.
Limitation of liability
The Parties hereby agree that: we fully disclaims, to the greatest extent permissible by law, all warranties and representations not explicitly mentioned in these condition, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy, as well as those arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. All such warranties and representations are expressly excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law.
These disclaimers and exclusions shall remain in effect even if the express warranties provided and the limited remedies available fail to achieve their fundamental purpose.
Regardless of the legal theory (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), neither party to this agreement, nor their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall be liable to the other party or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, or similar damages. This includes, but is not limited to, losses like lost profits, lost sales or business, or business interruptions incurred in connection with this agreement or the services provided hereunder, even if a party has been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages.
The maximum liability of each party arising from or related to this agreement or any services provided under it shall not exceed the fees paid by the client before the first incident or event that could give rise to such liability. Both parties acknowledge and agree that this section is intended to allocate risk under this agreement and to limit potential liability in relation to the fees charged, which would have been considerably higher if we were to assume any additional liability beyond what is stipulated herein. We relied on these limitations in deciding to provide the client with the services outlined in this agreement.
General
Parties expressly agreed that:
- Those conditions can be updated, changed or amended by us upon our discretion. If you do not agree with the change, contact us and stop using the service.
- We may change the pricing of the service in the future. In particular, we may add tiered limitation to e.g. data storage.
- If you are cancelling your account, we may keep the data - as they are part of the backup and they are not possible to remove from the system with reasonable effort.
- This agreement is governed by law of the Czech Republic and any disputes will be resolved at the respective Czech Court for private individuals and at the Arbitration of Czech Chamber of Commerce for the business disputes. Proceeding will be in Czech Language.

At 2MINLOG, accessible from 2minlog, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by 2MINLOG and how we use it.

2MINLOG follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit Websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
